You have any heart or thyroid issues
You have a condition or are on medication that affects weight
You are not interested in movement and exercise
You are hoping for a quick fix or a magic bullet
You are looking for nutritional advice
This is designed to be a mindset lifestyle change, so that what you learn and implement, you do so for the rest of your life. You do not need to restrict or deprive yourself. This is not a diet, or a nutrition course - we are working with the MIND only. For nutritional advice, I recommend you consult with a registered nutritional therapist who can work with you, specific to your needs and requirements.
Each week, I will go through that weeks' theme, and I’ll invite you to discuss and share your own ideas/ stories/questions. You can speak as much or as little as you want to. At the end of each session, we will finish with a guided powerful meditation to wrap up all the work we’ve covered in that session.
*The audio each week is almost identical to the audio in the pre-recorded course; the difference between this and the pre-recorded course is that you have my insights, my advice, and my guidance. What will life be like when you’ve lost weight? How will you feel? How will you look? What benefits will it bring? Give your subconscious mind something to aim for. The more benefits you can put into your WHY, the more unconscious mind will grab onto it and help you to get there.
Thursday 11th September 7:30pm Your Relationship With Yourself
You wouldn’t speak unkindly to someone else. You certainly wouldn’t To a small child. It doesn’t matter what a child does: We say, 'wow! Well done! That’s fantastic!' and this is part of where their confidence comes from. They are curious to try new things, without fear of humiliation or criticism. Imagine what you could do if you lived in this way? Be your own biggest fan and watch how much easier it is to stick to your Weight Loss goals (or any others)!
Thursday 18th September 7:30pm Your Future Self
Episode three what would your future you say about the choices you’re making today? Will they be happy or disappointed? Think of a time when you ate something and immediately regretted it after think about a time when you resisted which felt better? What can you do now to make your future self happy.
Thursday 25th September 7:30pm Your Plan
Episode four now you’re in the right space to be creating a realistic and doable plan. Don’t jump in all at once start slowly and all your plan as the weeks go by once you see small changes starting to occur your motivation will kick in and you’ll be in flow and enthusiastic to keep going.
Thursday 2nd October 7:30pm Visualisation
When you think about yourself, what do you see in your minds? Eye? Is it flattering and complimentary? It is so important to create a positive self image in your mind when you do this. Your thoughts become kinder and more encouraging and you gradually move closer and closer to how you want to be feel live and behave. Thoughts create our reality; this is so powerful. Use it to your advantage train your mind to work for you and not against you.
Thursday 9th October 7:30pm Wrap Up
This is an opportunity to tie up any loose ends, share success stories, and have one last powerful session to really embed everything so it stays in place. I'll also share tips on mind maintenance, because let's face it - life happens, challenges arise and there are times we feel vulnerable. I'll teach you how to stay on track, despite that. Self mastery is key!
